Our Return Policy

If your board has a manufacturing defect that is unacceptable to you or visible shipping damage send us a picture showing the issue/s and we will replace your board free of charge.

If we misspell or make an error with your design your board will be replaced. You will pay nothing! Send us a picture of the mistake and explain the issue in an email and we take care of the rest.

If you made an error when sending your design your board will NOT be replaced free of charge. We are in the business of keeping our customers happy though so your replacement board will be discounted to help lighten the pain of your error.

This includes: Spelling errors, Design errors and ordering an incorrect model to fit your grill.

In most cases you won’t need to return your board. We will replace it without having you worry about shipping your board back.

In cases when we can fix your current board we would send you a shipping label and you would package it back up in the original box (or a new similar sized box) and ship it out to us.
